My Story & the Heart Behind the Nutrition Support Group For Woman

Hi, I’m Natalie—an Accredited Practising Dietitian, a mum, and someone who’s deeply passionate about helping women feel their best through the power of nutrition.

​

The idea for the 6-Week Nutrition Support Group For Woman came from seeing how many women, just like you, navigate countless roles and challenges throughout life. From managing careers, families, and relationships to experiencing the physical and emotional changes that come with each stage of life, I noticed one common thread—women so often put themselves last. 

 

After becoming a mum myself, I truly experienced firsthand the challenges of balancing everything. There were days when my needs—especially around nutrition—were forgotten, and I felt like I was just surviving rather than thriving.

This experience gave me a deeper understanding of how hard it can be for women to prioritise themselves, and it made me more passionate about helping women feel empowered to take control of their health, even amid the chaos of daily life. I wanted to create a space where women could feel supported, where they didn’t have to choose between caring for themselves and caring for others. A space that felt realistic and approachable, where real-life strategies and habits could be built that worked with their busy lives.

That’s why I created the 6-Week Nutrition Support Group For Woman—a space designed specifically for women who want to feel empowered, supported, and confident in their food choices. This isn’t about restrictive diets or perfection. It’s about understanding your unique needs, building habits that work for your life, and having a community of like-minded women to lean on.

Through the Nutrition Support Group For Woman, I’m bringing together the common challenges I have seen woman face over my decade of experience as a Dietitian and a woman on my own health journey. Together, we’ll make nutrition simple, practical, and something that fits into your life—not the other way around.
